Trustless Work (“we”, “our”, or “the Platform”) provides non-custodial escrow infrastructure for the stablecoin economy. Our mission is to make programmable trust simple, transparent, and accessible—without collecting or holding unnecessary personal data.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it when using our websites, applications, and APIs (collectively, “the Services”).
Trustless Work is operated by Permissionless Escrows Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation. For any questions, contact privacy@trustlesswork.com.
When you connect your Stellar wallet to our Back Office dApp, we register your public wallet address. This is necessary to authenticate your session, associate your wallet with the escrows you create or manage, and provide analytics on escrow lifecycle and transaction volume. We never store private keys and cannot access your wallet funds.
Users may voluntarily provide additional information to personalize their profile and help us understand how the platform is used. This includes: first and last name, profile picture, email address, phone number, country, identification number (optional), and a short description of the use case.
This information is optional, collected through the profile settings in the Back Office, and is used purely for usage mapping and platform feedback—not for identity verification (no KYC or KYB checks).
When you request an API key, we associate it with your wallet address and optional profile information. This helps us manage rate limits and usage metrics, map use cases for developer feedback, and prevent abuse or fraudulent API activity.
We collect anonymous usage data to improve performance, reliability, and user experience. This may include browser type and version, IP address, session timestamps, referring URLs, device information, and API call metadata. Analytics tools (such as PostHog or Vercel Analytics) are used solely to measure engagement and performance.
If you contact us via email or feedback form, we may collect your name, email, and the content of your message to respond appropriately.
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or unsolicited communications.
Users can request deletion of their off-chain profile data by contacting privacy@trustlesswork.com.
Trustless Work does not share or sell personal data. We only disclose information in the following cases:
No personal profile data is ever made public or visible on-chain.
All escrows created through Trustless Work are deployed as smart contracts on the Stellar blockchain. By nature, blockchain transactions are public and immutable. This means that wallet addresses, contract IDs, and event data are visible on-chain and cannot be deleted or altered.
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR or CCPA), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for optional analytics or communications.
To exercise these rights, contact privacy@trustlesswork.com with your wallet address or account ID.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS / TLS 1.3), secure authentication for API keys, strict access control, and audit logs for our infrastructure. We never custody private keys or user funds.
Despite these measures, no system can guarantee absolute security, particularly for data stored on decentralized networks. Users are responsible for safeguarding their private keys and wallet credentials.
Trustless Work does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has created a profile or provided data, contact privacy@trustlesswork.com to have it deleted.
As a global platform, some data may be processed or stored in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including the United States and the European Union. All transfers comply with applicable data-protection laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect product changes, compliance requirements, or security updates. The latest version will always be available at trustlesswork.com/privacy-policy, and the “Last Updated” date will indicate the revision.
Continued use of our platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
